Use the same username and password as you use to login to the computer. Receiving "Access Denied" Message? If you get an "Access Denied" message, it means it is not accepting your password. If you recently had to change the password you use to login to your computer, you have to use that new password for PowerTeacher. Your computer password could have expired. Restart your computer. Logging in again after the restart will tell you if your password is expired. If that is the case, make a new password, then use that password for PowerTeacher.
